Easy 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At VINZINO, we take pride in the quality of our premium ethnic and contemporary wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.
  • The original packaging and any included accessories are included.
  • The item has not been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Note: Custom-made/bespoke items, jewelry, and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your VINZINO account and navigate to "My Orders".
  2. Select the order you wish to return or exchange and click the "Return/Exchange" button.
  3. Choose your reason for return and upload a photo if the product is damaged (optional but recommended).
  4. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the package from your address within 48-72 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes quality check:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD Orders: You can choose between a refund to your bank account or VINZINO store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@vinzino.in with your order ID and unboxing photos/video.
