Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. At VINZINO, we offer a window for cancellations before your order enters the processing and shipping stage.

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 Hours: If the order has not been dispatched, a cancellation may still be possible at our discretion.
  • Once Shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our logistics partners. You may, however, follow our Return Policy once the item is delivered.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your VINZINO Account.
  2. Go to the "My Orders" section.
  3. If the "Cancel" button is active, click it to initiate the process.
  4. If the button is not visible, please contact our support team immediately at support@vinzino.in with your Order ID.

3. Refund for Cancellations

Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).

Processing Time: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Please note that Custom-made or Bespoke garments (where specific measurements or alterations were requested) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, which usually happens 6 hours after order placement.

5. Right to Cancel

VINZINO reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
